In addition to taking photos, simply visiting the park can be a marvelous experience due to the amazing infrastructure and beauty of the city. Arguably the most famous park in Chicago, Millennium Park is located in the Eastern region of Chicago within close proximity to the shore of Lake Michigan. Millennium Park is a public park located within the Loop Community area of Chicago, and was opened in 2004. It hosts multiple events throughout the year, such as live performances, but what attracts visitors the most would be the famous Bean sculpture, which is an architectural masterpiece. The official name of the Bean sculpture is Cloud Gate, but it is named the Bean due to its bean like shape. Several visitors and even locals take photos next to the massive reflective steel sculpture, and it is sure to attract more in the future.
Another very popular park located in Chicago is Lincoln Park, which is located in the Northern region of Chicago. Lincoln Park is known for its Lincoln Park Zoo, which is one of the oldest zoos in America. Some of the extravagant animals that this zoo houses include polar bears, gorillas, and monkeys, so it is definitely worth visiting. To experience the sea life in a more natural environment, one should consider visiting one of Chicago’s many beaches.
